In order to give you an abundant share of greens this week (for your last share of the season!), we managed to harvest out our kale, choi and parsley before the heavy frost turned them to mush. We also spent all of last week digging up all of the remaining roots, and much of that harvest will be making its way to your kitchen this week!

In Your Share This Week

Kale - Russian and some Lacinato kale. We chopped off the tops of the plants for the last cutting!

Potatoes - A mix of all different delicious varieties

Choi - Mostly komatsuna, and some tatsoi. The komatsuna tastes very sweet after surviving so many frosts!

Garlic -  The last of our precious, spicy bulbs

Sweet Potatoes  - You never get tired of 'em!

Parsley  - We cut every last plant to bring you this aromatic, nutritious herb
Sunchokes- Sauté them or make a soup!
Winter Radish or Turnip Choice  - Mostly Japanese turnips. Some purple top turnips, daikon and Purple Tae Bok radish
