Our farm hand Gabe stunned us all with this simple yet delicious creation.
Ingredients (Put as much or as little as you would like):
Onions
Garlic
Bacon
Sweet Potatoes
Jalapeños
La Cinato kale
Salt
Pepper
Chop bacon and cut sweet potatoes into thin half moon slices.
Fry sweet potatoes and bacon together over medium/high heat. When sweet potatoes are nearly soft, add chopped garlic, onions and jalapeños.
Add La Cinato kale at the end. When kale has wilted down, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
